Bluebells are in season. For maybe two weeks they turn the forrest floor in lovely shades of blue.

Bulgaria has some amazing landscapes with unique stone formations. This is a small collection of part of this beautiful country.

A beautiful sunset is always a welcome photo subject. Although not without its challenges, the results can be spectacular. These sunsets were taken over the past few years, some close to home and some far away.

Ilperveld was shot at sunrise. The beautiful light and the fog created a special atmosphere. Ilperveld is a nature reserve close to Amsterdam, Netherlands.

This year the heather is unexpectedly beautiful. After the heavy rains in August the bloom is simply stunning in places, especially early in the morning. At sunrise the warm colours of the sun add to the depth of the colours.

After the winter, spring wakes the forest back to life with fresh green leaves. The light filtering through these leaves creates a light, but also a bit mysterious atmosphere in the heart of the forest.

A field of purple tulips in all kind of shades at sunset are hard to resist as a subject. Every year I promise myself not to photograph tulips. And every time I brake that promise. This week I came upon this field with purple tulips in all kind of shades. I couldn't resist.

Landgoed Elswout vroeg in de lente. De prachtige tuin om het grote huis is fotografisch fraai in elk seizoen. Elswout looks beautiful in every season. This time we went there early in the spring. 

The low lands, Waterland, in late sun light and no windless offer excellent photo landscape opportunities.

This beautiful Estate, with its old trees, lanes and waters, looks at its best in the Fall. Particularly this years autumn season brought out these beautiful colours.

These tiny mushrooms shine like they are made of porcelain.

Every year we organise a photo-trip to Switzerland. The main item is landscape photography, wandering and enjoying the beautiful landscape.

The most beautiful beaches in Europe, few tourists, stunning sea views and emerald waters, that was all we needed to know. A month later we explored these islands on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean.

Our country is mostly flat. We don't have impressive mountains, sweeping valleys with breath taking views. We are a densely populated country so we don't have vast wild lands. But is has a beauty of its own, don't you think?
